Delivery of Care

4 questions
Is my treatment outcome guaranteed? +

While no medical treatment can guarantee specific outcomes, ketamine therapy has demonstrated response rates of 60–70%+ in patients with treatment-resistant depression in published clinical trials. Our team will discuss realistic expectations during your intake consultation based on your specific diagnosis, history, and treatment goals.

If you do not respond adequately to your initial infusion series, our clinicians will work with you to explore dosing adjustments, alternative delivery routes, or complementary approaches such as ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.

📋 Our Commitment We will never recommend continuing treatment that is not benefiting you. Honest clinical communication is a cornerstone of our practice.
How long does it take to receive my first appointment? +

After submitting your consultation request, our intake team will contact you within 24 business hours to schedule your initial evaluation. Most patients receive their first clinical appointment within 3–7 business days, depending on availability and the completeness of your medical records.

If additional documentation is needed — such as prior treatment history or psychiatric records — we will guide you through gathering those before your intake appointment.

How long does a ketamine infusion session take? +

A standard IV ketamine infusion lasts approximately 40–60 minutes. Including preparation (IV placement, vitals check) and a post-session observation period, plan to be at the clinic for approximately 2 hours per appointment.

You must arrange transportation home with a responsible adult — driving is strictly prohibited for 24 hours after every ketamine session.

⏱ Comfort Tip Bring headphones and an eye mask. Many patients find a curated playlist and a darkened environment significantly enhances the therapeutic experience.
What happens if I miss a scheduled infusion? +

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a rebooking fee at our discretion.

Missing sessions mid-series can affect your treatment outcomes. If you need to pause your infusion series, our clinical team will advise you on the best path forward to protect your progress.

Payment & Insurance

3 questions
Which payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), HSA/FSA cards, bank transfers, and financing through our third-party patient financing partner CareCredit. Payment is collected at the time of service unless a financing arrangement is in place.

💸 Financing Available We offer 0% interest financing plans for qualified patients through CareCredit. Ask our front desk team for details during your intake appointment.
Does insurance cover ketamine therapy? +

Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray is often covered by major insurers for FDA-approved indications — treatment-resistant depression and MDD with suicidal ideation — when administered in our REMS-certified clinic. We handle prior authorization on your behalf.

IV ketamine infusions are currently considered off-label by most insurers and are typically self-pay. However, some plans are beginning to offer partial coverage. We provide detailed superbills for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What does a full ketamine infusion series cost? +

Individual IV infusion sessions range from $400–$800 depending on session duration and protocol. A standard 6-infusion induction series is available as a bundled package with a 15–20% discount versus individual session pricing. All pricing is published transparently on our website — no hidden fees.

Booster infusions for maintenance are priced individually. Contact our billing team for a full, personalised cost estimate based on your treatment plan.

Treatment & Clinical Care

2 questions
What exactly happens after I book my first consultation? +

After booking, you will receive a secure intake form to complete before your appointment. Our clinical team reviews your medical and psychiatric history prior to your consultation. At your first appointment, a board-certified clinician will discuss your history, diagnosis, treatment goals, and determine whether ketamine therapy is appropriate for you.

If approved, we will schedule your infusion series, review consent forms, answer all remaining questions, and provide pre-session preparation instructions. You will never be scheduled for an infusion before a full clinical evaluation is complete.

Do I need to be present for my entire infusion session? +

Yes — you must remain in the clinic for the full duration of your infusion session and the post-session observation period. Ketamine produces dissociative effects that require clinical monitoring. You should not leave unaccompanied until our clinical team confirms it is safe to do so.

A responsible adult must be present to transport you home. Rideshare services alone (Uber, Lyft without a companion) are not considered adequate transportation arrangements for post-infusion patients.

🔄

Refunds & Cancellations

2 questions
What is your refund and cancellation policy? +

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are fully refundable or transferable to another appointment. Cancellations within 24–48 hours may be subject to a 50% session fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

If you purchase a package and decide to discontinue after starting, unused sessions are refunded at the per-session rate less any package discount already applied. We process refunds within 5 business days and they appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

What is your referral program? +

Our referral program offers a $50 credit toward your next session for each new patient you refer who completes their initial consultation. Referral credits are applied automatically to your account once the referred patient's first appointment is confirmed.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Credits accumulate and can be applied to any future session or package purchase.

1 question
